My village my history

              Cangkring, that's the name of a hamlet village. One day my dad told me about the Dutch heritage of old buildings. never thought that a small village in the district this BLITAR once occupied by the Dutch. according to the story my father used to be in my hometown stand 2 large factories owned by the Dutch, 1. tapioca flour mills.
                             2. rag factory.
               Now still left several buildings owned by the Dutch. Among which factory chimney or the people around him call bul. Then the starch storage, river dams to be directed to the plant as a means to plant cassava for example for washing. All were built by the Dutch. Because there used to be two plants then should not you have 2 chimneys (bul)?. Was right there first 2 but in the 80s landowners asked 5 workers to demolish a chimney it.But is definitely going to fifth person.
             After 6 days it was full chimney collapsed. Proud of the five of them were able to knock down the chimney. but the next day was the same 5 people died of each house wife said they were the cause of their death was caused by "cold" but people believe that the cause is a chimney watchman was angry and slaughtered 5 workers it.And until now no one has dared to knock down the chimney only .. because of the myth that the death of 5 people are still believed to surrounding communities.
              And now the building is still solid. Possible elementary school children should be taught and told that was not the only social science subjects they know the history around us through books because there is clear evidence of Dutch heritage.
